Successful Installation of a Lerocon Robotic Nut Welding Cell in Mexico

Lerocon AB is proud to announce the successful installation and commissioning of a new robotic nut welding cell for hot formed parts at a customer site in Mexico.

The solution, designed and built by Lerocon, is engineered to meet the high demands of hot formed components, ensuring consistent precision, reliability, and strong weld quality. The fully automated cell integrates our advanced projection welding technology with a robust robot platform, enabling efficient production with minimized downtime.

The installation was completed smoothly and on schedule, thanks to excellent collaboration between our team and the customer’s local staff.
