Last week, the entire Lerocon team stepped away from daily operations and gathered in Fuerteventura.

The goal?
To shape our direction for the next four years.

We combined strategy workshops with training sessions, activities and time together. Discussions about technical development, global growth and how we continue building a strong team were mixed with movement, energy and plenty of laughter.

Stepping away from everyday work creates clarity. Alignment. Momentum.

We’re back home with stronger focus and renewed energy for what’s ahead.

Lerocon AB is proud to announce the successful installation and commissioning of a new robotic nut welding cell for hot formed parts at a customer site in Mexico.

The solution, designed and built by Lerocon, is engineered to meet the high demands of hot formed components, ensuring consistent precision, reliability, and strong weld quality. The fully automated cell integrates our advanced projection welding technology with a robust robot platform, enabling efficient production with minimized downtime.

The installation was completed smoothly and on schedule, thanks to excellent collaboration between our team and the customer’s local staff. With the new system now in operation, the customer benefits from increased productivity, improved process stability, and a future-proof solution ready to support their expanding manufacturing needs.

We are delighted to strengthen our presence in the North American market and look forward to continued cooperation on future automation and welding projects.

Lerocon AB is pleased to welcome two new colleagues who joined our team in August.

Ahamad Hakan joins us as an Automation Technician. He recently graduated from the Higher Vocational College in Jönköping, bringing fresh skills and strong enthusiasm for modern automation technology. We look forward to supporting Ahamad in his professional growth and development with us.

Evelina Kruslock is our new Administrator and Order Coordinator. She brings several years of experience in payroll and financial services, providing her with a solid foundation for her new responsibilities. Evelina’s accuracy and service-minded approach will be a great asset to both customers and colleagues.

It is with great sadness that we announce that our very dear colleague and friend Niklas Leijon, passed away very suddenly on Monday, August 11.

Niklas, as co-founder and co-owner, has meant a lot to Lerocon over the years and will be incredibly missed. Not only as a fantastic designer and mechanic, but above all as the person he was. Niklas was the most generous and caring person you can imagine and had a very big heart. With his humor and accuracy, he also made himself very popular with everyone around him. Colleagues, customers, suppliers and partners – everyone will remember Niklas as a happy and solution-focused person who always found a solution on challenging problems.

As you all understand, we at Lerocon have gone through a very difficult period in recent weeks, and on Friday, September 5, we all accompanied Niklas to his final resting place.

In honor of Niklas and in the spirit of Lerocon, we rise again and become stronger than ever. Everyone in our fantastic team supports each other and with a strong order book we still see a bright future.

Thank you Niklas for everything, you will be incredibly missed.

Lerocon has recently received a new order for a robot cell for a customer in Mexico.

Only two months after the installation of the first robot cells at the same customer’s main factory in Germany, the order came to Mexico. It is a larger robot cell with, among other things, 3 Lerocon CD welders for welding of fasteners on hot-formed parts.

We thank the customer for the trust and look forward to the cooperation!

During the year, we have made several deliveries to loyal customers that we have had over the years, but also deliveries to completely new global customers within Automotive.

This year we have chosen to donate money to the Children’s Cancer Foundation.

The customer is one of the world’s largest subcontractors to the automotive industry and we are very grateful for the trust and good cooperation we have had so far in the project.

Now we dismantle the robot cells for further transport to Germany and installation after the New Year.
