During the past year, we have invested heavily in new development and, among other things, developed a completely new concept with a flexible feeder for fasteners – Lerocon UniFeeder. It is groundbreaking technology that, together with our flexible machines and concepts, offers completely new possibilities for welding complex details and automation of low volume products at a very high rate. ]]> With a record year behind us, the success of complete cells for nut and bolt welding continues. This time we will be able to deliver two new cells to a subcontractor that starts up new factory in the USA.

A total of 25 articles will be put into use in the two cells. New developed technology from Lerocon enables even greater flexibility and shorter setup times between different articles and different nuts/bolts.

We have strong order intake and our new developed products will further strengthen our position.

]]> Lerocon recently received an order for two Confeeder Compact nut welding cells for two different subcontractors for Automotive.

One of the cells must be integrated against an edge press where high flexibility is a must at relatively low volumes. The second cell is to be operated with 10 different articles and contains, among other things, Lerocon Topfeeder for short cycle times and feeding of torque-proof nut.

Delivery will take place during the fall.
