Confeeder Twin<\/h1>\n

Confeeder Twin is a version of Confeeder, developed for even more flexibility and shorter cycle times<\/p>\n

A belt conveyor serves as a buffer for incoming material, where the operator loads parts that are fed into the robot cell without any fixtures. The robot cell is provided with a vision system that takes images of incoming parts and sends coordinates that guides the robots to pick the details for further processing. This is carried without any fixtures and only a gripper to pick the part is needed.<\/p>\n

The twin robot system allows us to perform multiple tasks simultaneously to shorten the cycle times and increase flexibility.<\/p>\n

The system is very flexible and unlimited number of different parts can be run.<\/p>\n

A PLC system handles all communication and all settings is made in the operating panel.<\/p>\n

All settings can be saved in a recipe, which gives very short setup times between products.<\/p>\n

Confeeder is a flexible system that can be combined with other systems, products and options available from Lerocon.<\/p>\n
